Refund Policy

Our parking stays themselves are non-refundable. The only refund requests that we accept are in cases where the application charged you an incorrect amount.

If you believe this is the case and you would like to proceed with a refund request, please send an email to the support email address found on the receipt we sent you during checkout. Please include as much relevant information as possible in regards to why you feel you were charged an incorrect amount.

Our customer service team will investigate and respond within 5 business days with a resolution.
